Civil Liberty Groups Ask Kentucky Court to Reverse Domain Seizure Ruling
In the continuing saga of Kentucky Judge Wingate’s attempt to seize 141 gambling related domain names, three civil liberties groups have filed a petition (http://www.cdt.org/speech/20081113_ky_amicus.pdf) on Thursday, November 12th, asking the court to reverse Judge Wingate’s ruling.
