Oversee.net: Lawrence Ng becomes Chairman, Jeff Kupietzky moves to president role

Oversee.net, parent company of DomainSponsor, SnapNames and Moniker announced today what DNW had reported earlier: President Lawrence Ng became chairman of the board and Jeff Kupietzky has taken over his position as president of the company. Kupietzky will also join the board of the company’s parent corporation.

As Chairman, Ng will remain actively involved in guiding the company he co-founded eight years ago with fellow Oversee.net board member Fred Hsu. “Oversee is a very profitable and fast growing organization, on track to deliver double-digit revenue growth this year. Now is the right time for new leadership to drive the business to the next level,” Ng said. “Jeff Kupietzky has worked closely with me for several years, he has in-depth understanding of the market and the company and he’s ready to help Oversee expand its industry leadership position.”

Kupietzky is looking forward to taking on his new role. “I’m thrilled to be working with Oversee’s customers to deliver more value,” he said. “We have a very talented employee base, one that will build successfully on the firm’s relationships with our advertising and marketing partners.”

Peter Celeste, will move into Kupietzky’s former role and will now be handling Oversee.net’s Domain Services division. Pet Celeste had been running DomainSponsor,
